Terms of Service
Version 1 · Effective October 10, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Intellectual Explorer LLC, doing business as Integers ("Integers", "we", "us"). They cover your use of the Integers website and apps at useintegers.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Integers
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is offered to people in the United States; its tax and retirement calculations are built on United States federal rules and may not be meaningful anywhere else.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through your Integers account. One Integers account is meant to serve one household; you may enter information about your spouse or partner, and by doing so you confirm you are allowed to. If you believe someone else has used your account, contact us.
3. What Integers is, and what it is not
Integers projects your household's finances year by year from the information you enter and from published tax rules and planning assumptions. It is an educational tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we are not your adviser, broker, or fiduciary.
Every projection depends on your inputs and on assumptions about the future, such as investment returns, inflation, and tax law, that will not come true exactly. Simulated markets are illustrations, not predictions. Tax rules change, and we may not reflect a change immediately. Before acting on anything the Service shows you, consider talking with a qualified professional who knows your full situation.
4. The information you enter
You own what you enter into the Service. You give us permission to store it, process it, and show it back to you, which is what the Service needs to work. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. You are responsible for its accuracy: a projection built on a wrong balance or a wrong birth year will be wrong too.
5. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for your own household's planning and only as the law allows. Do not try to break into, overload, copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service, do not access another person's account, and do not use automated tools to pull data from the Service other than the export features we provide.
6. Features, changes, and paid features
Some features of Integers are included with every account; others may require a paid subscription. Prices and payment terms for a paid feature are shown before you buy, and by buying you agree to them. We may add, change, or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice before retiring something you paid for. We try to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted access.
During the beta. Integers is in a closed beta, open to people we invite. We choose whom to invite, and asking does not guarantee an invitation. A beta account is free while the beta lasts. Before the beta ends we will tell you by email what your account will cost after that and when, and you can delete it at any time. Because the Service is still being built, features may change or be removed, figures may change as we correct how they are calculated, and we may ask for your feedback, which you are free not to give.
7. Feedback
If you send us a bug report, a feature request, or any other suggestion, you agree that we may use it freely to improve the Service, without owing you anything for it.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. These terms do not give you any right to it beyond using the Service as intended.
9. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from the account menu; doing so removes your account and your plans. A few records about your account are kept afterwards, for the time and the reasons our Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe puts the Service or other users at risk. Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 continue to apply after your account is closed.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service or its projections will be accurate, complete, or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Intellectual Explorer LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, savings, profits, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you and we each consent to those courts. If you have a problem, contact us; most issues can be sorted out without a dispute.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will post the new terms here with a new date and, where practical, tell you in the Service or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
14. General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may assign these terms to a successor who takes over the Service; you may not assign them without our consent. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
