Privacy Policy
Version 1 · Effective October 10, 2026
This policy explains what information Intellectual Explorer LLC, doing business as Integers ("Integers", "we", "us"), collects when you use the Integers website and apps at useintegers.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what the Service needs to sign you in and run your projections, we do not sell it or use it for advertising, and you can delete your account and your plans yourself at any time. A few records about your account are kept for seven years, and never include the financial information you enter (see "Records we keep").
1. What we collect
From your Google account, when you sign in. Your name, email address, profile picture, and Google's account identifier for you. Google refreshes these each time you sign in. We use the name to greet you and to offer it as a starting point on the household step; we use the email to identify your account and to reply if you write to us.
About your account. When you created it, when you last signed in, whether you are on a free trial or a subscription and when it ends, and which version of our Terms of Service and this policy you have accepted.
When you accept our terms. Each time you accept our Terms of Service and this policy, we record when, which versions, your Integers account ID, your name, email address, Google's account identifier for you, the name on your account, your network address, and your browser type. This is our proof that you agreed.
When you delete your account. The reason you choose and any words you add.
What you enter. Everything you type into the Service to describe your household's finances: names, birth years, planned retirement and life-expectancy ages, filing status, account types and balances, expected returns, Social Security estimates, salary and contribution details, spending plans, and the scenarios you build from them. This is sensitive financial information, and we treat it that way.
Automatically, as you use the Service. Cookies that keep you signed in and protect forms (listed below), and server logs that record each request: the page requested, the time, your browser type, and your network address. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.
When you send feedback. If you use "Report bug" or "Request feature" in the account menu, answer "Was this useful?" in Help with a comment, or ask a question with "Still stuck? Ask us", we receive what you wrote, your name and email, and which page you were on.
When you ask to join the beta. While Integers is in closed beta, signing in with Google before you have an account lets you ask for access. We receive your name, email address, and Google's account identifier for you from Google, and your answers to a few questions about how you manage your finances and how you would like to take part in the beta. We do not ask for any financial information.
2. How we use it
To run the Service for you: sign you in, store your plans, calculate and show your projections, and let you export them. To respond to your feedback and questions. If you ask to join the beta, to decide whom to invite, to email you if you are invited, and, if you are not, to email you when Integers opens to everyone. To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems. To understand how the Service is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
3. Who can see it
The information you enter is yours. We do not browse, review, or monitor the contents of any account, and no one who runs the Service views an individual account except for a purpose listed here: you have asked us for help with a problem in your account; it is necessary to keep the Service secure or to investigate abuse; or the law requires it. In each case we access only what that purpose needs. When we use information to understand or improve the Service, we use it in aggregate, without singling out any household.
To look after accounts, for example to start or end a trial or a subscription, the people who run the Service can see a list of accounts showing each one's name, email address, sign-up date, last sign-in, and plan, along with the records described in "Records we keep". That list never shows the financial information you enter.
4. Who we share it with
Google, which handles sign-in. When you sign in, Google learns that you used Integers, and your profile picture loads from Google's servers. Google's own privacy policy covers what Google does.
Amazon Web Services, which hosts the Service and stores your data in the United States, under a contract that limits what it may do with it.
Cloudflare, which carries every connection between your browser and the Service and protects the Service from attack. Like any network provider in that path, it sees your network address and the pages you request.
GitHub, where bug reports, feature requests, Help comments, questions, and requests to join the beta are filed as issues in a private repository so we can track and answer them. The issue includes what you wrote, your name and email, and the page you were on, or for a beta request, your answers.
Resend, which sends our email, such as an invitation to the beta. It receives your name, your email address, and the message.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of you, us, or others, or to a successor if the Service changes hands, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
5. Cookies
The Service sets only its own cookies, and only the ones it needs. None are used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
| Cookie | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|

Keeps you signed in. | 24 hours, or until you sign out. |
csrf_token |
Protects forms from being submitted by another site on your behalf. | Your browser session. |
integers_pending_login |
Carries your Google sign-in details to account setup, or to the beta request form, the first time you sign in. | 10 minutes. |
| Google sign-in state | Verifies that the reply from Google belongs to the sign-in you started. | A few minutes. |
integers_demo |
Remembers which demo household you are looking at, when you try one without an account. | Your browser session. |
integers_help_seen |
Remembers that you have opened Help, so the "Getting started" guide does not open on its own again. | One year. |
6. How long we keep it
We keep your account and the information you entered for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account from the account menu removes your account, your plans, and the link to your Google account, immediately and permanently, except for the records below; copies in short-term backups are removed as those backups expire. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Records we keep. Three records are kept apart from your account, and none of them includes the financial information you enter:
- Your acceptances: each time you accepted our Terms of Service and this policy, as described in "What we collect". We keep them to show that you agreed to the terms in force at the time.
- Your account's deletion, if you delete it: when, the reason you chose and any words you added, when you signed up, your Integers account ID, your name, email address, and Google's account identifier for you. It does not include your network address or browser type. We keep it to understand why people leave.
- Changes we make to your plan or subscription: for example, a trial extended or a subscription ended, with your Integers account ID, your email address, when, and who made the change. We keep them to answer questions about your account.
Your acceptances are kept for seven years from the last time you accepted our Terms of Service and this policy, so accepting a new version starts the seven years again for all of them. The record of your account's deletion and the changes to your plan are kept for seven years from the day you delete your account. Each record is removed automatically shortly after its seven years end.
Bug reports, feature requests, Help comments, and questions stay in our issue tracker as long as they are useful for improving the Service; write to us if you want yours removed.
Beta requests. A request to join the beta is kept until we decide on it. If we invite you, the invitation is kept until Integers opens to everyone and removed about 90 days later; once you create an account, the rest of this policy covers it. If we do not, your request is kept so that we can tell you when Integers opens to everyone, and removed about 30 days after we do. The copy filed in our issue tracker is kept like a bug report.
7. How we protect it
Data travels between your browser and the Service over an encrypted connection and is encrypted where it is stored. Sessions expire after 24 hours. Access to stored data is limited to the people who run the Service, and it is used only as described in "Who can see it". No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission, but we will tell you and any authorities the law requires if that happens.
8. Your choices
You can see and change everything you have entered from inside the Service. You can delete your account and your plans from the account menu at any time; the records described in "Records we keep" stay for the time stated there. You can stop the Service from receiving updated Google profile details by revoking Integers' access in your Google account settings, though you will then be unable to sign in. Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, or to object to some uses of it; the Service already lets you do most of this yourself, and for anything else, contact us. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Where your data lives
The Service is operated from, and your data is stored in, the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you are sending your information to the United States, where privacy law may differ from your own.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for a material change, tell you in the Service or by email before it takes effect.
12. Governing law
This policy is part of our Terms of Service, and like them it is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
